Cats have always played a special role in my life. Ever since I can remember, these beautiful creatures have been by my side. They are my heart animals and teachers, showing me how to live self-determined and in tune with my own rhythm.

Since we moved to Portugal, our feline family has grown naturally—cats just keep finding us! Not only do new furry friends appear, but also neighboring cats love to visit. And from time to time I’ve wondered: What role do cats play in the flow of energy in a home? So I did my research and found fascinating connections.
